At DermaSKIN Wellness Clinic LLC, we are committed to providing safe, medically guided, and personalized wellness services, including prescription-based treatments prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Due to the customized and medical nature of these services and products, all sales are final.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Pharmacy Processing, Shipping & Client Consent

This policy governs all transactions processed through DermaSKIN Wellness Clinic LLC and its affiliated pharmacy partners. By purchasing or scheduling services through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Prescription Processing & Order Fulfillment

All prescription medications are reviewed, approved, and dispensed by a licensed healthcare provider and fulfilled by a licensed compounding pharmacy in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Processing times for prescription orders typically range from 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Prescription orders are not processed or shipped on weekends in order to maintain product integrity and safety.

Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Expedited processing may be available upon request and approval.

2. Shipping Address Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase.

DermaSKIN Wellness Clinic LLC and its pharmacy partners are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Requests to change a shipping address after an order has been placed are not guaranteed and must be submitted immediately in writing.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the client once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Carrier confirmation, including tracking data, GPS records, or delivery confirmation photos, constitutes sufficient proof of delivery.

DermaSKIN Wellness Clinic LLC and its pharmacy partners are not responsible for packages reported as lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized, prescription-based, and medical nature of our services and products:

• All sales are final.

   

• No refunds will be issued once a consultation, program, medication, or service has been initiated.

   

• Refunds will not be granted for ineligibility determined after medical review.

   

• Chargebacks based solely on claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery are not accepted.

   

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases of verified pharmacy or shipping errors.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with investigation and resolution, you may be required to provide:

• Order number

   

• Tracking number

   

• Photographic evidence (if applicable)

   

Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, resolution may include a replacement or, where legally required, a refund.

6. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

7. Medical Eligibility & Disclosure

Eligibility for treatment is determined based on the medical information provided by the patient.

Failure to disclose accurate or complete medical history may result in treatment denial without refund.

8. Consent & Acknowledgment

By placing an order or scheduling services, you acknowledge that you:

• Consent to these shipping, cancellation, and no refund terms

   

• Accept responsibility for providing accurate shipping information

   

• Understand that delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery

   

• Agree to comply with all applicable pharmacy, medical, and regulatory requirements

   

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which DermaSKIN Wellness Clinic LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
